My husband and I have been adding to our garage gym little by little since March. We canceled our gym memberships and decided to workout 100% from home. It’s been a learning experience for sure! Everyone has to start somewhere and a few of these five gifts we’ve actually added to our gym recently.
Kettle Gryp
How cool is this thing?! Weights have been sold out for a while and when you can find them, they are expensive! This handy little tool turns any dumbbell into a kettlebell in a snap!
Nice Mats
Everyone needs a good mat. I’ve picked two different sizes depending on the space available. I was working out with an older mat for a few months and it was annoying. A nice mat can make all the difference in the world!
Resistance Bands
The exercises you can do with resistance bands are honestly unlimited. I have this set and am blown away that I spent under $10 for it! I’ve added the PerfectTrainer too because it’s a great option for someone who has the room to set it up!
Theragun Mini
Okay, I got this last month from QVC and I am blown away! Both my husband and I have been using it after our workouts when we know we will be sore and it helps so much! I’ve had tight shoulders that have been causing tension headaches and this magic device has eliminated them completely. 100% a must!
Exercise Ball
Every home gym needs one of these! It’s great for ab workout, stretching, leg workouts and so much more. It’s great for small spaces too and doesn’t make noise if you happen to live in an apartment. I use mine just about everyday and would be lost without it.
