I always thought I ate healthy and made the right food choices. I know I was needing a bit of assistance, and that’s why I dove into Always Eat After 7 PM. Before, I would eat a large lunch and skimp on dinner or vise versa depending on what food I was eating. I thought that was fine! Nope! I was wrong! I’m most surprised by the fact that I wasn’t always making the best food choices, even though I thought I was. I’m happy that I’ve learned to make better choices and will continue to apply what I’ve learned beyond the program. I’m eating more whole foods and have ditched the processed products. I’m also tracking what I eat on a daily basis and learning what works best for me.
The best part of Always Eat After 7 PM are the options. I haven’t felt restricted these past 4 weeks and I’ve been eating basically anything I want, minus the processed junk. I really believe that’s why it’s so successful!

In one of my previous posts I mentioned that I hadn’t hit my weight loss goal. I’m excited to say that I have now! I’ve lost the five pounds I’ve been wanting to drop!
