In my first post about Always Eat After 7PM, I mentioned I wanted to drop 5-10 pounds. I haven’t hit the 5 pound mark yet. I’m going in the right direction though! I feel more energetic and actually want to get up and move. I feel great about my food choices and have no guilt over my treats. Treats are always something I’ve struggled with, so this is a huge step for me!

After the “safer at home” orders we received a few months ago, I needed a change. I’ve been getting up each morning and working out. I try to workout for at least an hour a day. I like routines and structure, that’s also one of the reasons I decided to follow this plan.

“Fact is, most diets are extremely narrow with regard to food choices and variety, and many even limit entire macronutrients altogether over the course of the entire program (think low-carb and low-fat diets). It has really helped me keep it up and not fight myself over my food choices.

I love that Always Eat After 7PM is easy to follow. I don’t have questions and I’m not confused as to what I can and can’t eat. This is something that’s super important to me!
