I have to admit, I’ve spent a bit too much money on new makeup in the last few months. But, is there really such a thing? There’s tons of new releases coming our way and it’s only April! More money will have to be sacrificed, I just know it.
I’ve found a few favorites this past month that really surprised me, like the Urban Decay Naked Reloaded palette and the Morphe Concealer.
Don’t get me wrong, I love Urban Decay products. I haven’t been too impressed by the previous Naked Palettes. The colors are gorgeous but the formula didn’t work too well for me. I really wanted to Reloaded because of the colors but was hesitant to make the purchase. I am literally ecstatic that I did because the formula is amazing. Ten times better than previous Naked palettes and the colors are super usable.
I’ve been eyeing Morphe for a while. I haven’t really used many of their products though. Nothing has really grabbed my attention enough to want to buy. I saw really mixed reviews on their new concealer and decided to give it a shot. It’s super matte, which I like, and is surprisingly long lasting. It doesn’t crease to much and is extremely blendable. It’s been a favorite this month for sure.

I’m a lover of neutrals. They are my “safe” colors, and that’s why I was so drawn to the Natasha Denona Mini Nude Palette. I am absolutely in love with the formula and wear time of these shadows. It’s a small palette, but will for sure last a while. The mattes blend effortlessly and the shimmers are so pigmented.
I picked up the Charlotte Tilbury Swish and Pop Blush in the color Pillow Talk and Buxom Wanderlust Primer-Infused Blush in the color Dolly after eyeing both for a while. Both are amazing and I’ve been switching off between the two all month. Buxom is definitely more pigmented and smells of a tropical paradise!

I’ve been on a foundation kick this whole year. I’m in search for my holy grail and along the way I’ve found some that I really love. The PhotoFocus Stick Foundation from Wet n Wild was recommended to me and I picked it up because for the price, you can’t go wrong. I picked up The Healthy Foundation from Physicians Formula after reading so many raving reviews. Both are amazing, but totally different. I feel like with the PhotoFocus, I have to set it a lot better than with The Healthy Foundation. I feel like PhotoFocus gives me more of a dewy finish too. Both have been on rotation this month and I am super happy I picked them up.
I posted about the Becca Cosmetics Hydra Set and Refresh Powder on my Instagram a few weeks ago and got a lot of questions about it. I honestly think I will be using this for forever. The powder leaves a cooling feeling when first applied and really sets my foundation and concealer without being powdery. I am blown away by the packaging and the product itself.

Last, but not least, the It Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Bronzer. I picked this up because I’ve been curious about more of the It Cosmetics range. I’m a bronzer addict, and I’m really hard to impress. I’ve been loving the finish and how easy it is to build up the color with this product. This bronzer is a keeper for sure!
Thanks for a great review
