I’m sharing a few of my favorite recipes that I’ve found on the internet lately…these I’ve tried and I’ve completely loved! I do tweak some of the recipes to make them my own or spice them up a bit

InstaPot Spinach Artichoke Dip
This is my FAVORITE spinach artichoke dip recipe! I actually do a half batch but a whole bag of frozen chopped spinach. This makes a lot, and you will have leftovers for sure! I’ve made it a few times now and it’s been a hit every single time! Fresh chopped garlic makes a difference and I use Tapatio for the hot sauce!
The BEST Stovetop Mac and Cheese
This is literally the best stovetop recipe I’ve used. I love a good baked ac and cheese but I tried this recipe on a whim and fell in love. I throw some Colby Jack cheese in the mix just because I think I’m fancy. This is easy to make and will for sure be a hit! If you want that baked look and taste, you can always throw in the oven with some Panko breadcrumbs on the top for about 15 minutes at 350 or so.
Cookies! You can’t have a Super Bowl party without cookies! No party is a party without cookies in my opinion. I buy cookie mix from the store (doesn’t matter the brand, store brand is fine.) and follow the normal directions. I add imitation vanilla or almond to the batter and bake as directed. Everyone LOVES it! I bought a .99 mix from Aldi a few weeks ago and added a teaspoon of good imitation vanilla. Everyone thought I baked them from scratch and loved that extra vanilla flavor! Work smarter, not harder!
Whats a party without chip dip? Seriously, the Lipton Onion mix is my favorite! I grew up with it! All you need is sour cream and there you go! The directions are on the package and you should be able to find it at any grocery store. I don’t like the other brands as much, so I always opt for the name brand!
