Last month I posted about my new skincare routine and it’s about time for an update.
I’ve been loving all the InstaNatural products I started using. I figured I will review them all individually in seperate posts to make an easier read for y’all. My favorites out of the new products are the Vitamin C Cleanser, Vitamin C Facial Toner and the Skin Brightening Serum.
At first, I used only the new InstaNatural products in my routine so I could get a feel for how they would work with my skin. I really enjoyed them, but started missing some of my other products, so I incorporated them back into my routines.
I started using my Derma Rose Cleansing Oil again along with InstaNaturalVitamin C Cleanser. I love to double cleanse, and I’ve been really enjoying the Vitamin C Cleanser. It’s not drying at all and has a nice citrus scent to it.
For my toner I use Pixi Glow Tonic or the Vitamin C Facial Toner from InstaNatural. I really like them both, but like switching it up a bit depending on what my skins up to.
I then go in with an essence. I love the Pixi Rose Caviar, but switch it up frequently.
My favorite steps are after the essence. This is where I really get down and creative! I’ve been loving the Hyaluronic Acid Serum from InstaNatural. It’s a perfect consistency (watery) and soaks right into my skin. The Skin Brightening Serum is another favorite and I’ve been using it nightly. It’s bright orange, smells amazing and makes my skin glow. I’m serious, this stuff really makes my skin feel and look amazing!
I still haven’t found an eye cream that I absolutely love but I’ve been using the Mario Badescu Glycolic Eye Cream. It’s good and the price isn’t too horrible. I honestly haven’t noticed a difference in anything, but it does keep my under eye area moisturized.
I tend to reach for the DermaE Rosehip Oil nightly and have been pairing it with Queen B Pure Cranberry Seed Oil. I’ve been loving the combo and my skin has been behaving!
The last step is normally a night cream or Teca 1% Barrier Cream.
I sheet mask about three to five times a week and normally throw my oils on and then the mask. I also always wear sunscreen or some type of SPF during the day. My makeup primer has SPF, and I try to use a moisturizer or sunscreen under that.
Don’t think you have to follow all these steps like I do. Some skin needs extra loving, and some does just fine with the necessities! I have combo skin and tend to get dry in the winter months. We have had an odd winter here in California, so my skin didn’t know what the heck to do!m I like playing with new products and switching it up frequently to see what works best for me!
