I’m still somewhat a newbie to the brand ColoureScience, but I like what I’ve tried so far. I reviewed their All Calm Redness Corrector a while back, and still really enjoy it in my makeup routine, especially if I’m going out in the sun. I really love the SPF they use in all of their products, something more brands need to start doing. There’s a lot to learn about Colorescience and the more I do, they more I love them!
About the Total Eye 3 – in – 1 Renewal Therapy
This is a brand new product for ColoureScience! This product has a neutral peach tone that immediately brightens and corrects dark circles, smooths fine lines and wrinkles and primes skin for the application of eye makeup. It is designed with a cooling applicator that aids in the reduction of puffiness. It also boasts an impressive broad spectrum SPF 35!
My Thoughts
I love trying new products, and when ColoureScience sent this to me, I was ecstatic! I’ve been using the Total Eye 3 – in – 1 Renewal Therapy for a little over a week now, and am loving it. In the winter, my skin changes and my under eye area gets really dry and creasey. I have yet to find a concealer I am absolutely in love with, so I give up using it this time of year. The Total Eye has a consistency like concealer, and is a bit thick, but not overly so. It also gives great coverage! I wasn’t expecting the type of coverage I got from it to be honest. I have had no creasing, or dryness in my under eye area while using it, which is what I was hoping for. I personally don’t suffer from horrible dark circles, but my under eye area still needs some coverage in my opinion. The Total Eye does the trick without being too heavy.
I’ve been priming my skin, and then applying my foundation like normal. I then go in with the Total Eye applicator (which is amazing by the way!) and apply about half a pump to each of my under eye areas. I’ve been blending it with my fingers and then going back in with a damp beauty sponge to make sure it’s completely blended in. I would normally set my concealer with a translucent powder, but I don’t feel the need to do that with the Total Eye. I then apply some of my Studio Fix from MAC and finish with my bronzer, blush and highlight. I have been super happy with the results so far, and am glad it’s not creasing up on me midday like some of the other products I’ve tried in the past! The cooling applicator is great too…makes my eyes feel amazing in the morning!!
I’m confident enough in this product to give it my two thumbs up, and recommend it! I will for sure be grabbing myself another one when I get low because I see myself using it in place of concealer!!
It’s going for $69, which sounds a bit steep. I honestly think a product like this is worth it, especially because of the UVA and UVB protection. They also have tons of promos throughout the year that you can cash in on!
Disclaimer – I received the Total Eye 3 – in – 1 Renewal Therapy complementary from ColoureScience. All opinions are always 100% my own and never swayed by how I acquired a product!
This sounds like it could be super helpful for dark undereye circles!! Going to keep an eye out for this!
Sounds super interesting, and I love the fact that it has SPF!
That’s awesome it has SPF! Definitely a great bonus in addition to the cooling applicator.
