As the weather changes, so does my skin care routine. I like to add products depending on my current mood, and how I feel my skin is doing. I typically stick to the same products, but I’ll throw some extras in there ever once in a while.
I always double cleanse if I was wearing makeup that day. I use Derma E Nourishing Rose Cleansing Oil to start and then use JKosmmune Enzyme Cleansing Powder*.
I like these two cleansers because they are gentle, and don’t strip the moisture from my skin. The oil smells amazing, and really leaves my skin feeling loved. The powder cleanser works into a lather pretty quickly and leaves my face feeling squeaky clean.
I then use Mandelic Acid*. Mandelic Acid has antibacterial properties and is really good for preventing breakouts.
Next comes the toner! I switch between a few, but my favorites are, Belif’s Herbal Extract Toner*, and 107 Rose Water Vinegar. I typically use the Rose Water Vinegar after my toner, and apply three layers.
I use a few different essences, but this Advanced Snail Mucin from CosRx is my favorite for my nighttime routine. It’s thicker than my other essences, and it’s a lot more moisterizing. I’m basically out of this gem, so I need to order more ASAP!
I never miss my eye cream! I’ve been loving both of these, but favor the Marula Eye* cream for my nighttime routine. The Helix AM/PM Eye Gel* is great for daytime, and works really well as an under eye primer.
I then reach for an oil or a serum. One of my favorites has been the Pixi Rose Oil Blend. I’ve been using this oil for about a year, and absolutely love it! It’s affordable, and has tons of good ingredients!
Last but not least, I slather on a night cream. I’ve been using this Derma E Hydrating Night Cream* recently, and absolutely love the way my skin feels in the morning. It’s lightweight and contains one of my favorite ingredients, Hyaluronic Acid!!
