Ever wish you had a product that took care of your dry skin almost immediately? Or a product that you can slap on your face at night and wake up with soft, moisturized skin?
Well…Wishtrend has done it again! The new Teca 1% Barrier Cream has seriously changed my winter skin care routine.
I received the cream to test out before my wedding and had to wait until after the honeymoon to crack it open. I didn’t want to be throwing new products into my routine right before my wedding in case of an adverse reaction. I returned home from Mexico with really dry skin, so it turned out to be the perfect time to put this product to the test!
About Teca 1% Barrier Cream
The cream contains Centella Asiatica, which is a major skin concern butt kicker! Centella is actually a small plant that is rich in amino acids and potent phytochemicals. It’s been used to treat burns and cuts while reducing inflamation that can lead to scarring. Centella also promotes collagen production and is effective in anti aging products! Check out The Klog article on Centella if you want to learn more about this amazing ingredient!
The Teca 1% Barrier Cream is perfect for all skin types, especially acne prone skin. I have combo skin and have been loving it as a last step in my nighttime routine. If you have problematic skin, dry skin or if you’re looking for hydration with anti aging benefits, this product is for you!

My Thoughts
Okey, so I’m a huge fan of Wishtrend and the ByWishtrend products. I already mentioned that I waiting to crack this Teca 1% Barrier Cream open until after my honeymoon. I’m glad I did, because Mexico completely dried out my face. None of my heavier creams or oils where adding the moisture back into my skin when I got home, so I slapped on some of this cream. I’m being 100% honest when I say I felt immediate relief. I had a massive sinus infection and cold (cute for a honeymoon huh?) too, which left my nose tremendously dry and flaky. A few nights with the Teca 1% Barrier Cream on and my skin was back to normal.
I didn’t detect any type of scent, and the cream literally melts into your skin. It’s really easy to apply, and it’s not too thick in my opinion.
The directions suggest you use it as a last step in your routine, as well as a spot treatment. I did my normal routine and slathered the cream all over my face for the first few nights. Each morning I woke up with more moisturized skin…it’s like it was breathing the life back into my face one night at a time!!
If you’re wondering if you really need this…you probably do, and I highly suggest you visit Wishtrend and pick some up. It’s $27.50 a tube (30 ml.), and totally worth it. This isn’t a product you need to use everyday, so it will last you quite a while. The Teca 1% Barrier Cream gets two thumbs up from me, and I will definitely be purchasing when I run out!
