I received the all new Milk Blur Liquid Foundation from Influenster* in a VoxBox for free to test and review. I was really excited because it’s been super hot and I’ve been needing a foundation that won’t budge or melt off in this summer heat.

My thoughts –
I was sent Medium and Medium Light to test out. Medium Light matched me perfectly! It came with a silicon applicator, but that didn’t work very well for me. I’ve found that the foundation applies wonderfully with a damp Beauty Blender. I’ve tried a few different foundation brushes, but I like the B.B. a lot better. It smells somewhat of grapefruit, which was odd to me, but better than some of the other foundations I’ve smelled recently. It sits nice on my skin and seems to have some really good staying power. I’ve been setting it with a setting spray, and skipping the setting powder since it’s been so hot. I should add that I have combo skin and tend to be a bit dry in the summer time. I’ve been using a tinted primer underneath and it’s been perfect.
I’d rate this foundation a 4/5 only because of the price. It’s a bit steep, but it is totally worth the money!

I have found that the best way to use one of those silicone “sponges” is to spread it out then use a beauty blender to set it in place. You still use less product but get the beauty blender finish. Just a thought. Great write up dear!
Thank you! I’m actually going to try that and give it another shot!
