7 Day Sheet Mask Challenge

If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll know I’m addicted to sheet masks. It wasn’t always that way, though. Just 3 months ago I hated the things. They felt odd to me, and never seemed to fit my face. I don’t have patience either, so that added to my hatred.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago. A friend of mine (who has AMAZING skin) challenged me to do a mask a day for one week. Since I just subscribed to FaceTory, and had the product on hand, I decided to give it a go. It couldn’t hurt, right?
I regret not taking before and after pictures, because I swear there is a huge different in the appearance of my skin. My skin feels way more hydrated, less irritated, and more firm if that makes any sense at all. My skin is clearer, and less congested too. I’m really surprised at the results I’ve seen after just 7 days.
You can find thousands of different sheet masks, and it can be super intimidating. What I’ve learned is that all sheet masks are different. They all fit different, smell different, feel different, and target different skin concerns. I used the grab and go method, and didn’t put much thought into the masks I was using that week.

I’m still exploring the world of sheet masks, but some brands have made my favorites list already. Leaders is one of them, and if you can pick up some of their masks, I highly recommend doing so. Benton is also a game changer! Another brand I really enjoyed was Skin Food.
If you are looking to up your skin care routine, or just want a change for the better regarding your skin, I challenge you to mask for 7 days. I’m sure you will be surprised at the difference a week can make, because I was!
